This is a fictional teaching project. The pictures are AI-generated, the three voices are synthetic and the contributor visuals are name cards. No real participant appears on camera. The files demonstrate editing decisions and do not represent an actual birthday collection.

The city assignments and memories are fictional. Approximate map centers and illustrative arcs show story order; they are not a record of travel, private addresses or where a real contributor recorded. The personal meaning comes from the message attached to each chapter.

A meaningful place may be a whole city, a shared public meeting point or a region. Use the least precise label that still helps the story. A birthday gift rarely needs a private street address. Keep uncertain photo locations unresolved until someone can identify them.

Collect one approved item and one clear note
A compact request can read: “We are making Maya a private birthday video about three shared memories. Please send one photo or short message, tell us the broad place if it matters, and add one sentence about why you chose it. Let us know how you want to be named and whether the planned family viewing is okay.”
Give contributors a deadline and the collection method you have actually chosen. Keep the submitted originals together, and record missing permissions or unclear locations separately. A written note, an approved photograph or a voice recording can include someone who prefers not to appear on camera.

The map contributes twelve seconds, pictures fifteen, message clips 25.5 and opening/ending cards nine. The sum is 61.5 seconds. The map comes before each picture/message group, so viewers learn the place and then hear why it matters.
Keep the messages complete rather than giving every person an arbitrary identical slot. The actual input clips have different lengths and levels; their source padding is trimmed and their sound processed before assembly. The three pictures are fitted whole, and the title remains above each image.

Finish the actual viewing copy
- Use the source pack to reproduce the teaching edit, or replace its fictional media with approved personal files in your chosen editor.
- Verify each message against the intended chapter. Check names, broad locations and the complete ending of every spoken sentence.
- Check captions and sound on the device that will play the birthday gift. Test any link or access requirement with an appropriate reviewer before the reveal.
- Keep the originals, the final export and the agreed sharing audience recorded separately. Ask before turning a private birthday contribution into public promotional material.
The sample includes transcripts and caption downloads for viewers who need a written alternative. It has no background song. For your own soundtrack, check both permission and speech clarity before adding it. A clear final wish is enough to close the gift.
