GPX loop reproduction pack — AlbumMap, 24 October 2026

1. Extract all five files into a new working directory.
2. Download gpx-animator-1.8.2-all.jar from the official release:
   https://github.com/gpx-animator/gpx-animator/releases/tag/v1.8.2
Put that JAR beside these files. The application is not included in this pack.
3. Use a suitable Java runtime and Python 3. Run: python render-sample.py
If Java is not on PATH, set JAVA to the full path of its executable.
4. Open native-gpx-loop.mp4. Expect a silent ten-second, 1280 × 720, 24-fps loop.

The checked run used the official all-in-one 1.8.2 JAR and an existing Windows
OpenJDK 21.0.9 runtime. Reproduce with that release before adapting settings.
The settings JSON contains the tested native renderer arguments. The empty
tile URL and zero map visibility intentionally omit the basemap. No map service
or API key is needed for this example. GPX Animator itself can check for updates.
The default tail fadeout is disabled so it does not consume the drawing interval.
--pre-draw-track is a flag in this release; it does not take a true value.

The source is an original synthetic nine-point teaching fixture. It contains no
personal recording or activity measurements. It is not navigation guidance.
No source file needs to be uploaded to AlbumMap for this local GPX import.
The embedded blog video fits the complete native frame above phone controls,
then adds a heading and H.264 delivery encoding afterward;
that additional FFmpeg step is not performed by this minimal native command.
This input pack is not a native editor project and does not include Java or Python.

Before using a real GPX, inspect its coordinates, timestamps and metadata in a
working copy. Removing metadata alone does not anonymize a distinctive route.
